Whether your goals are sports specific, general fitness, weight-loss, or improving body composition, we can provide a program for you.

The personal training program at Spectrum is unique in that our trainers provide a smart, targeted program for each individual client. Our collaboration with the Spectrum Physical Therapy staff augments our personal training knowledge. We don’t just give you a standard workout, we give you a progressive workout plan created to fit your individual needs and help you reach your personal goals.

Our goal for all our clients is progression, whether it’s from the minors to the majors or just the couch to the treadmill. We will design a program that takes into consideration individual movement patterns; the way you walk or step in everyday life, and how that affects your workout. We prehab, which means we design a workout so that you don’t end up in rehab because of a sports injury. We include neuromuscular education and training in our workouts so that your training can improve how you perform day-to-day activities.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training programs are for those looking to maximize their results and take their fitness to the next level, as well as for people with specific needs. We emphasize an individualized approach that includes a thorough one-on-one biomechanical assessment of how your body moves and functions. We then design a customized program delivered by a skilled team in a dynamic small group-training environment.

 Clients start off with a 1-on-1 strategy session and an individualized assessment.  This allows our trainers to create the perfect customized program based on your goals, needs, and current abilities.

Our programs can be customized for any age or ability level.  We focus on combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program.  We also offer specialized options for general fitness, weight-loss, sports performance, strength training, weightlifting, kettlebell training, and more depending on your specific goals.

 This produces amazing results for a wide variety of people with a safe, fun, and effective program specific for your needs.

  During a semi-private session, is it important for us to keep the group small.  This makes our environment fun and dynamic, while still allowing you plenty of individualized attention.
