Community Health Talk: Understanding Shoulder Pain

Dr. Paul Rothenberg of Grau Orthopedics joined us on Thursday night to discuss understanding shoulder injuries, when to seek help, and what to expect.

 

Spectrum Physical Therapy hosted our first Community Health talk on October 30th, 2025. We welcomed Dr. Paul Rothenberg to discuss shoulder pain – the common causes, treatment options, when to seek help, and when surgery may be involved. Residents of the Hudson Harbour Condominium joined us for the informative talk.
