How does it work?

- Every 4-6 Weeks, out trainers will assess your progress and advance your programs as needed

What is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training is designed for anyone looking to get real results—whether you’re aiming to improve overall fitness, lose weight, build strength, or have specific performance or health goals.
Training sessions are held in a small group setting, so you get the best of both worlds: the motivation of a group and the individual attention of personal training. Our certified/licensed athletic trainer leads you through a program that blends mobility, strength, agility, power, and endurance – all based on your personal plan.
Programs are available for all ages and ability levels.
Keeping the group small ensures you stay safe, challenged, and supported while enjoying a fun, high-energy environment.
