We offer a wide variety of fitness and yoga classes, incorporating the newest and most innovative classes on our schedule to help you achieve your fitness goals of optimal health and well being. Our instructors are constantly learning themselves, and we keep our class sizes small in order to provide you with the utmost personal attention.

Yoga 101

This class is structured to be accessible to both beginner and intermediate yogis. Classes are designed based on the Iyengar method of Hatha yoga. The yogi can expect a flowing series of asanas (postures) with emphasis on alignment, co-ordinated with the breath to build strength, increase flexibility, and self-awareness. The class finishes with deep relaxation to integrate the practice. Expect to be guided through a dynamic series of asanas with hands-on modifications when needed to ensure optimal alignment. You will leave class energized and recharged. Music is set to a low volume to allow the yogi to hear his or her own inner voice.

Chair Yoga

Our Chair Yoga class is designed to make yoga accessible for those who have difficulty with mobility, getting down to the floor and back up again. A chair is used to alleviate this. We draw upon a combination of techniques you can use in your daily life to build body awareness, connecting the mind and body with the breath. These activities promote the ability of participants to feel empowered for their own well-being. From a safe seated or supported standing position you will strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, while practicing balance. You will learn centering methods, visualization exercises, and yoga breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve mental focus.

Yoga for All

Class will:

  • Provide a deep warm-up, lubricating your joints, warming up your muscles, and fully lengthening and aligning the spine, neck, and skull
  • Guide you through the asanas while keeping you focused and connected – mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and, on an energetic level, universally
  • Allow for a luxurious Savasana, allowing you time to completely surrender into deep relaxation

Ballet Barre Fusion

Remember the ballet barre when you were little? Each class incorporates an upper body workout using light free weights and a combination of high-intensity sequence of thigh, seat and core excercises at the ballet barre. Stretching after each segment allows the muscles to release which result in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility. We will also work on balance and endurance to make this an all over well-rounded workout. We have seen tremendous body transformations with this workout!!! Expect a fun, funky and fresh playlist that is ever changing to keep you moving and motivated.

Body Sculpt

Using light free weights and your own body weight, come sculpt and melt your body with our own proven signature combination moves. We will focus in on upper body (arms/chest), abdominals (core and pelvic floor strengtheners) and lower body (glutes and legs) while keeping your heart rate in the optimal “fat burning” zone.

Give us an hour and we’ll start you on your way to your best body ever!! We will keep you moving and grooving to a pumped up hot playlist that constantly changes so boredom never sets in.

Pilates is a method of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s that strengthens and tones the entire body. The movements are flowing, precise, energizing, and challenging. The Pilates Method will strengthen and tone the entire body, with an emphasis on the core muscles, primarily the abdominals and inner thighs to support the back. Body transformation in inevitable!!! Zen Martial Arts

Martial Arts perfectly combine the dynamics of strength, flexibility, conditioning, balance, and agility to create a functional and enjoyable method of exercise and self-development. Adult classes will train practitioners to not only master certain forms, but also to be able to, if necessary, effectively handle various self-defense situations. Children’s classes focus on understanding the functions and movements of the human body, which benefits not only their physical well-being, but improves brain function and focus as well..
