200HR-RYTMy yoga journey began over 15 years ago. Running, boot camp and hard core workouts were my go-to fitness way back when. A friend’s recommendation led me to my first class, a hot bikram one at that!!! I was intrigued beyond words. I thought I was physically fit, so how did this yoga class kick my asana? I couldn’t wait to get back. Eventually I left my gym membership and running shoes behind and began my personal evolution, which continues to this day.
Being totally submersed in the present, where nothing but breath, flow and movement live , clears the mind and brings space, freedom and ease into the soul. That’s what yoga is for me and that is my goal for my students. My classes consist of creatively sequenced asana, guided pranayama and detailed attention to alignment while staying present in mindfulness. Its there you’ll move past self-limits, break through old patterns and find yourself truly present. Freeing your self one breath at a time, creating space to let light, energy and love in, living an authentic life. Om Shanti.
